Slideshows Tell Mother’s Story

A regional newspaper in California has used multimedia storytelling to create a moving feature about an everyday woman.

The Stockton Record’s Mother To All slideshows enable a local foster mother to tell the story of her life looking after over 140 children during the past 27 years.

And they also offer an insight into the adoption process as she opts to permanently care for one of her foster children.



The use of audio interview and photos really brings the whole story to life and provides a warm and engaging accompaniment to the traditional text piece.
